1  The main structural features of machine tool

1.1  CK0636ZA is a 2-axis linkage、semi-closed loop control CNC lathe. The main machine adopts high-precision rolling guides with good dynamic characteristics, strong rigidity and smooth chip removal. The control system uses well-known CNC systems in China and abroad, with reliable performance and convenient operation.

1.5  The spindle adopts the high-performance frequency main motor with strong power；

1.6  The machine equips the pneumatic fixture for standard,economy and high effective.It can also equip the hydraulic fixture to meet the different processing requirements;

1.7  Vertical and horizontal drive adopt the high-performance AC servo motor with high positioning accuracy、flexible and reliable action; 

1.8  Adopt automatic centralized lubrication device,lubrication is fully reliable;

1.9   Cooling and chip removal system adopt floor-separated water tank and chips car,easy to clean. 

2  The purpose of the machine tool and its scope of application

2.1  In addition to the basic functions of turning, grooving and chamfering, the machine tool can also perform various metric and inch internal and external thread processing, as well as drilling, expansion, reaming, rolling and other processing;

2.2  It is able to process cylindrical, conical, stepped, spherical and other various curved surfaces, such as short-axis (or disc) parts with complex geometric shapes, many sizes and high precision requirements;

2.3  Suitable for processing bars with the diameter below Φ40mm(spindle through hole),disks and short shaft parts with a diameter below Φ350mm（this range may vary depend on the fixture）；

2.4  Suitable for the production of single or medium and small batches of non-ferrous and ferrous metal workpieces of small and medium specifications;；

2.5  The machine tool is suitable for the automated production of machinery, instruments, light industry, electronics, medical instruments and other industries.
